Peter graduated from the University of Dallas in 2011 with a degree in English and then spent two years working in Italy and traveling across Europe as staff on UD's study-abroad campus. After returning to Dallas in 2013 he worked for OnTarget Partners growing their marketing and sales efforts. It was during this period that he was exposed to the YCP mission as a member and volunteer, which led to a renewed desire to embrace his Catholic Faith. He then joined Jennifer Baugh in 2014 as the non-profit’s second full-time employee and succeeded her as Executive Director in 2024.
